Origin Story:
Created by Kenneth Folk - this is one of the first, most basic and most widely used practices, probably created in the very beginning of Social Noting/Meditation. It’s inspired from Mahasi Sayadaw’s method of insight vipassana meditation focused on momentary concentration.
