I thought it’s a good idea to share the PDF export of the old Buddhist geeks library of practices that was hosted on socialmeditation.guide website.

The latest iteration of this guide (which was organized around the currently closed Interbeing Inc.) is live on the website the.socialmeditation.guide, but the videos which hold a lot of the information for the practices are not functioning.
